She previously spent over two decades with the Land Bank of the Philippines, where her professional work involved loan portfolio management and recovery, including exposure to multi-billion of pesos, property-backed loan accounts. Her banking career provided extensive experience across multiple property cycles, credit conditions, and valuation environments.

This combined background in banking and real estate offers a disciplined perspective that integrates risk assessment, valuation judgment, and transaction-level market behavior, rather than speculative or promotional viewpoints.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from De La Salle University and currently focuses on helping buyers, investors, property lessors, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), and families make informed and risk-aware property decisions.
